As the second Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tun Abdul Razak was the Father of Development. The Malaysian New Economic Policy was launched by him. This policy functioned as an aid to the poor and the needy. Most importantly, his aim was to downsize the rate of poverty among the Malays. During the years of administrating the responsible as the second Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tun Abdul Razak was the first person to acknowledge the awareness of eradicating poverty based on some development policies.
